The replacement of Boiler Plant to Colchester general Hospital to part L compliance. The Hospital had to be kept operational whilst works were carried out.
The Mechanical Services Included:
- 3 No New Steam boilers (Gas & Light oil fired)
- Steam pipework up to 14” diameter
- New blow down vessel & associated pipework
- Removal of Heavy grade oil system
- Replacement condense pumps & pipework
